1.Does this website host a learning platform and how do I register?.

Yes ,there is an easy to navigate online platform from which you can access the training courses available and you can register using the login portal.

2.What if am not  interested in course that is currently running on the portal,can i request a separate training that is responsive to my needs?

Yes ,the Academy offers bespoke short courses in management systems and a request can be made.

3.Do you provide certification to management systems?

No,we are  management system consultants,that is we participate in establishing, implementing or maintaining a management system for our clients. We prepare or produce manuals or procedures and giving specific advice, instructions or solutions towards the development and implementation of a management system.According to ISO 17021,we are not permitted to offer certification services due to issues of impartiality or bias.

4.Are your  trainings generic and do you provide additional templates for easy implementation?

Our trainings are sector specific and are tailored according to the needs of the contracting organisation.All trainings in management system are accompanied by a compendium of supporting templates to enable easy and quick implementation of the management systems.This is what make us unique among others as your quality companion.

5. I have adequate skills to implement a management system but am only interested in the templates and procedures,do you provde them separately ?

Yes,you can purchase the templates and procedures separately without participating in a our trainings.You can visit the portal on QMS Manuals and Templates and identify which is suitable for you.
